When to choose New Homes

Label computer-generated images. Trading standards and buyers both expect it. Once a show home exists, prefer photographs for that type.

Keep upgrades off the first page. The brochure should describe what is included. Options can sit in a short list so a sales negotiator is not arguing with a PDF.
