When to choose Contemporary

Use Contemporary for most houses and flats where the photography is decent and you want a modern, portal-familiar cover without looking dated.

Avoid it for industrial units or for houses where you want a very quiet, gallery-like document — Minimal will stay out of the way more.

Suggested page plan

• Full-bleed cover with the hero exterior or best room
• Key facts strip: price, beds, baths, tenure
• Description and features
• Photo gallery in walk-through order
• Floor plan and location note
• Agent or seller contact

Contemporary is the default for a reason. Buyers have seen this hierarchy on particulars for years: a large photograph, a price they can find, then rooms. The teal accent is quiet enough for family houses and new flats.

If you have more than a dozen strong photographs, do not put them all on one grid. Keep the cover clean and let later pages breathe. A contemporary brochure that looks busy usually has too many images, not the wrong template.
